Machine-driven Identification of Talent (MIT), promoted by Code for All, is the the winner of the Born from Knowledge award 2025. The winner was announced during APDC’s 34th Digital Business Congress.
The project responds to the growing shortage of talent in ICT through an innovative talent identification model. In this way, it eliminates barriers to entry, making digital reskilling more efficient and inclusive. It was developed by Code for All_ (formerly Academia de Código).
ANI administrator Silvia Garcia presented the winner with the “Tree of Knowledge” art piece, a synonym for scientific excellence and social and economic relevance, as well as the 2,500 euro cash prize and diploma.
